§ 7.10.030. Issuance of permit.

The permit required by this chapter shall be in writing in such form as shall, from time to time, be prescribed by the city attorney. The permit shall be issued by the city clerk upon satisfactory evidence that the applicant can comply with the provisions of this chapter, and upon the applicant's payment of such fee as set forth by council resolution, and any unpaid charges by the city for removal of signs posted by the applicant or for the applicant's conducting any unpermitted yard sales. Any yard sale conducted without benefit of permit as provided above shall be cited by the city code enforcement officer and in such an amount as set by resolution of the city council.
