§ 2.36.025. Water connection—Capital improvement and buy-in fees.

Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code 54991 and 54992, each new water connection and each water connection substituting a water meter of larger capacity shall be permitted only upon payment to the city of the connection fee established from time to time by resolution of the council. No water shall be supplied by the city to any premises as to which the connection fee has not been fully paid, except for the supply of bulk water during construction, by particular arrangement.
