§ 2.08.020. City hall to be meeting place.

The building numbered 250 located on the east side of Central Avenue at Central Park Plaza is established and declared to be the city hall, and it is required that the offices of the city manager, city clerk, city treasurer, as well as all other offices of the city, shall be located therein; and that at said address and in said building all meetings of the city council shall be held.
