§ 14.60.060. Fee.

The license fee to be paid for each bicycle shall be paid prior to issuance of the license. Pursuant to Section 14.60.090, such license may be transferred when the ownership of the bicycle is transferred and shall be payable prior to the registration for such transfer. All license fees provided for in this chapter shall be set by resolution of the city council from time to time and shall be paid to such funds and organizations as the city council may prescribe by resolution.
