§ 14.36.030. Storage and long-term parking prohibited.

  • (a)

    Except as provided in Section 14.56.020(a) no person who has possession, custody or control of any motorized or non-motorized vehicle, boat, boat trailer and utility trailer shall park or store it upon any street, alley, or public parking lot owned or possessed by the city for more than seventy-two hours.

    (b)

    A citation shall be issued for every violation of this Section. The vehicle shall be towed away pursuant to Chapter 10 of Division 11 (beginning with § 22650) of the Vehicle Code if the violation persists for longer than seventy-two hours after issuance of violation warning.
